| Access policy |
Scholars must complete a registration form and present proof of
identification that has a current photo. |

| Use of Materials |
Items in the Walter Havighurst Special Collections do not circulate
and must be used in the Reading Rooms. A Reading Room Attendant is on duty to provide assistance. |

| Reproduction services |
Photocopying (depending on condition, size, etc.) is done by staff
only at a cost of 10 cents per page. Oversized items may be
digitally copied off-site by staff. |

| Items allowed in Reading Room |
Laptops, pencils, paper. Lockers are available for coats,
briefcases, backpacks, etc. Tokens for the lockers are available from the Reading Room
Attendant for your convenience. |

Special Collections is located on the third floor of King Library on the west side of
campus. Take the public elevator in the lobby to the third floor; facilities are immediately to the
